4. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email info@mycitystandard.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved and processed.
